MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
FOREMAN, Chief Judge:
Before the Court is plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment on the issues of liability. Plaintiff sues Local Union Number 1487 (hereafter Local) of the United Mine Workers of America and certain individuals for damages allegedly incurred due to the breaches of the collective bargaining agreement. The breaches alleged are that the Local engaged in a strike or work stoppage over arbitrable disputes in violation of the collective bargaining agreement’s arbitration provision.
