Before the Court is Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”)’s motion to dismiss Plaintiffs claims for bad faith, breach of *621duty of good faith and fair dealing, violation of the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (“UTPCPL”), and violation of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law (“MVFRL”).
