This case involves the issuance of authority, without notice to other savings and loan associations, to open a branch savings and loan association.
Article I, section 3, Constitution of Nebraska, provides that no person shall be deprived of “life, liberty, or property,” without due process of law. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States contain identically the same provision.
