A minor and his parents appeal a decision of the court of appeals which held that their complaint against a vendor of alcoholic beverages and its employee failed to state a claim of negligence upon which relief could be granted. The question presented is whether a minor, who consumes alcoholic beverages sold by a liquor vendor to another minor, has a negligence action against the vendor for injuries he sustained as a result of his consumption.
