¶1. This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals reversing an order of the Circuit Court for Waupaca County, Philip M. Kirk, Judge. The circuit court granted the motions for summary judgment of Karen Miller, Kimberly Ransom and Jason Beattie 2 and their insurers (hereafter the defendants), holding that they did not violate Wis. Stat. § 125.07(1)(a)1 (1987-88), 3 which provides that "[n]o person may procure for, sell, dispense or give away any alcohol beverages to any underage person... ."
