Order, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Howard R. Silver, J.), entered on or about December 7, 2004, which deniecrsu much of defendant Ford Motor Credit Company’s motion to set aside the jury verdict and dismiss the complaint for failure to prove causation, or to set aside the verdict as against the weight of the evidence and due to various rulings during the trial, which reduced the jury’s pain and suffering verdict by only $90,000, and which limited Ford’s indemnification cross claim against defendant Jones to $100,000, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
