This action involves claims, counterclaims and cross claims between (1) Wright Contracting Company (Wright), a principal contractor on a Maryland State Roads Commission project, (2) Delta Coastal Corporation (Delta), with which Wright entered into a subcontract, and (3) Glens Falls Insurance Company (Glens Falls), Delta’s surety.
