KENT, District Judge.
This is an admiralty action in which Plaintiff Romeo J. Abogado (“Abogado”) has brought suit against Defendant International Marine Carriers, Inc. (“IMC”) for injuries he allegedly sustained while working on a public vessel, the USNS SEALIFT INDIAN OCEAN, on navigable waters of the United States. This action was originally filed in the 122nd Judicial District Court of Galveston County, Texas, and was timely removed to this Court by IMC. Before the Court now is IMC’s Motion to Dismiss.
