This is a motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of jurisdiction of this court over the subject matter of this action, or, in the alternative, because this court is forum non conveniens.
The complaint alleges that in August, 1953, defendant engaged plaintiff to negotiate an agreement between defendant and Saudi Arabia, under which defendant would provide a fleet of tankers to carry part of the oil produced in Saudi Arabia, and that defendant promised plaintiff, if successful, substantial payments, plus a share of the profits.
