KINNEARY, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court to consider the motion of the defendants, Dresser Industries, Inc. (“Dresser”) and George A. Korb, for partial summary judgment.
In 1985, the plaintiff, Chester Hawley, filed this employment discrimination action against Dresser, his former employer, and defendant George A. Korb, the Corporate Senior Vice President-Operations of Dresser.
