Plaintiff seeks to have a deed absolute on its face adjudged a *514mortgage, and for an accounting between the parties. The action' was tried to the court, who made findings of fact upon which it was held that plaintiff was not entitled to the relief demanded;, judgment was ordered for defendant, and duly entered; plaintiff appeals therefrom.
