United Screw & Bolt Corporation filed an appeal from the district court’s order compelling arbitration of two grievances pursued by International Union, UAW and UAW Local 217. The notice of appeal named only the International as an appel-lee. United Screw & Bolt asserts the grievances were not subjects of the collective bargaining agreement and, thus, not subject to arbitration. We believe the district court was correct in compelling arbitration and, thus, affirm its judgment.
