MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ANN ALDRICH, District Judge.
The defendant, Gregory Surratt, has pled guilty to the federal indictment charging him with one count of knowingly receiving through the United States mail visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explic it conduct, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2). 1 After hearing the parties’ arguments on the issue of sentencing both in chambers and in open court, this Court sentences Surratt to imprisonment for a term of 24 months, to be served consecutive to the state sentence he currently is serving, to be followed by a three year period of…
