ORDER REGARDING MENTAL EXAMINATION OF PLAINTIFF
MELTON, District Judge.
This cause is before the Court on plaintiff’s first Objection to Pretrial Ruling by United States Magistrate, filed herein on August 28,1987. This objection focuses on point 4 of the Magistrate’s order dated August 17, 1987, which granted defendant’s Motion to Compel a Mental Examination of Plaintiff Lois Robinson. The Magistrate’s ruling required that defendants furnish the information required by Fed.R. Civ.P. 35, except the time of examination, which was deferred pending the present appeal.
