THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the Complaint on various grounds. Plaintiffs CHISHOLM & CO. and JAMES HENRY CHISHOLM brought this action in federal court for quantum meruit and other relief against Defendants BANK OF JAMAICA (“BANK”) and its former Governor, HORACE GEORGE BARBER.
