DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Todd R. Wilson appeals his conviction and sentence for fleeing and eluding and thereby creating a substantial risk of serious physical harm to persons or property, a violation of R.C. 2921.331(B) and (C)(5)(a)(ii). Wilson contends that the Washington County Court of Common Pleas erred in permitting the testimony of a police officer who was not competent to testify because the officer was not in a uniform and a marked police cruiser at the time of Wilson's arrest.
