DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Defendant/Appellant, Jerry Johnson, appeals from the decision of the Washington County Common Pleas Court sentencing him to non-minimum, consecutive sentences totaling 34 months, in connection with his guilty pleas to two fourth degree felony offenses. Appellant asserts that the non-minimum, consecutive sentences are unconstitutional under Blakely v. Washington (2004), 124 S.Ct. 2531, 159 L.Ed. 403, and the trial court erred in imposing consecutive sentences that were not supported by the record.
