Appellants, Donald H. Berry, Gregory A. Stripling, and Robert Walser, were convicted of engaging in the business of dealing in firearms without a license in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(1) and § 924(a), 1 and conspiracy to engage in the business of dealing in firearms without a license in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. 2 Defendants were each convicted of one count of conspiracy in addition to two counts under the substantive offense based on two different transactions.
