This case presents an app'eal to this court from the decision of the Secretary of State on Initiative Petition No. 112, State Question No. 167, relative to a proposed act known as the Oklahoma Income Tax Law. Said petition was circulated and was filed in the office of said Secretary of State, on the 31st day of October, 1931, purporting to be signed by 121,401 legal signers. On the 9th day of November, 1931, a protest to said initiative petition and said state question was filed in said office of the Secretary of State by the Honorable S. P. Ereeling, a qualified and legal voter and citizen…
