John and Helen Krusinski own property at the southeast corner of East 63rd and Heisley Avenue in the city of Cleveland. The parcel is 40 feet by 140 feet and is located in a district zoned for a two-family residence.

The lot is presently occupied by two buildings. On the front portion is a two-story building with a store on the first floor and suites on the second floor. On the rear portion of the property is a one-story masonry garage used to manufacture food and sausages.
