MEMORANDUM OPINION DENYING SHRINERS HOSPITAL’S MOTION TO VACATE SUMMARY JUDGMENT

I. INTRODUCTION

This adversary proceeding is related to the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy proceeding filed by Debtor-Defendant James George Bau-man (the “Defendant”). Plaintiff Shriners Hospital for Children (the “Plaintiff’) sued in this Adversary Proceeding asserting that its claim against the Defendant should not be discharged pursuant to sections 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4) and (a)(6).
