BRETT, Judge.

The plaintiff in error Isaac Jessie West, defendant below, was charged by information in the' county court of Kiowa county, Oklahoma, with the offense allegedly committed on the 5th day of August 1953 of wrongfully operating a motor vehicle, an Oldsmobile, on a public highway in said county and state from a point in the city of Roosevelt, Oklahoma, Kiowa county, to a point approximately 2 miles south of Babbs Switch while he was under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The defendant was tried by a jury, convicted and his punishment fixed at a $150 fine; judgment and sentence…
