Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Cobb, J.), entered February 17, 1981 in Schenectady County, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground of lack of personal jurisdiction. On June 6,1980, plaintiff commenced this action for legal malpractice on the part of defendant arising out of its actions in representing plaintiff’s second mortgage security interest in a foreclosure action in Orlando, Florida. The complaint herein alleges jurisdiction over defendant by pleading facts which, if established, would invoke the “long-arm” provisions of CPLR…
