MILTON POLLACK, District Judge.
This is an action to enjoin New York Air Lines, Inc. and Chiat-Day, Inc. from deceptive advertising and from infringing Eastern Air Lines’ registered service mark, “Air-Shuttle,” which Eastern has used continuously and advertised extensively since 1961 in connection with a distinctive air service between New York and Washington, D.C. and between New York and Boston.
