INTRODUCTION
THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants Playtika, Ltd., Playtika Holding Corp., and Ceasars Interactive Entertainment, LLC.'s (collectively "Playtika") Motion to Dismiss and Strike. Dkt. # 40. The underlying dispute is a class action to recover money lost playing electronic gambling games available through different platforms, including Facebook and mobile.
