I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Paul Mathis brings this action against his former employer, Christian Heating and Air Conditioning. Mathis al*571leges violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), 43 Pa. Stat. §§ 951 et seq. Presently before the Court is defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6).
