This is the second time we have been compelled to review this case. (Railroad Co. v. Willey, 57 Kan. 764, 48 Pac. 25.) The showing of *820facts is substantially the same in general outline now as' before. However, the question of the negligence of plaintiff below, the defendant in error here, is more sharply - defined by the special interrogatories .and answers -than upon the former' hearing.
