This is an appeal from an order of the superior court setting aside the verdict of the defendant and granting the plaintiff a new trial. The action was for the recovery of money for rent alleged to be due under a lease. The answer was a general denial. Upon the trial of the cause the jury rendered a verdict for the defendant. Subsequently the plaintiff filed a motion to set aside the verdict and to grant the plaintiff a new trial, which motion w;as granted by the court.
