MEMORANDUM DECISION

Before the court are: (1) the motion of defendants Mi-Jack Products, Inc., MJMC, Inc., and Lanco International, Inc. to dismiss the amended complaint; and (2) the motion of plaintiff Canton Industrial Corporation to strike points I and II of defendants’ reply memorandum in support of them motion to dismiss. The court, having reviewed the memoranda submitted by the parties, will rule on the motions without the assistance of oral argument, pursuant to D.Ut. 202(d).
