This case arises out of a dispute concerning real property in Galveston County, Texas. Plaintiff Hytken Family Limited (“HFL”) filed suit in this Court on October 20, 2005, against Frank Schaefer, Frank Schaefer Construction, Inc., Schaefer Family Trust, and Galveston Shores, L.P.
