SHIPMAN, Circuit Judge.

Daniel Kennedy, an employé of the Grace & Hyde Company, a corporation, brought an action at law in the circuit court for the Southern district of New York against his employer to recover damages for the injuries caused by its alleged negligence, and recovered a verdict for $2,500. To review the judgment which was entered upon the verdict this writ of error was brought.
