ORDER

Stephen Teneng — a 52-year old citizen of Cameroon who was ordered removed from the United States as an alien convicted of an aggravated felony — petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals upholding the immigration judge’s denial of a continuance, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture. We note at the outset that this is a procedurally complicated case, involving events from nearly 30 years ago, when Teneng entered the United States.
