Abdul Khan is a native and citizen of Pakistan who entered the United States with his family in 1998. They remained here after their visitors’ visas expired, and in 2003 Khan applied for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). His family members are derivative applicants.
