OPINION

BOULDEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Ray E. Holaday (Holaday) seeks reversal of two bankruptcy court orders that resulted in the discharge of a debt owed to him by Edgar Andrew Seay (Debtor), the Chapter 7 Debtor. The orders appealed from are an Order Denying Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Granting Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Summary Judgment Order) on Holaday’s 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4) 1 claim for relief, and a Judgment, Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decision on Trial of Adversary Proceeding (Judgment) denying Holaday’s remaining claims for. relief under §…
