Defendant was convicted of second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, for the shooting death of her husband, Douglas Leon Nash, and was sentenced to life imprisonment. The Court of Appeals reversed defendant’s conviction and remanded the case for a new trial. People v Nash, 110 Mich App 428; 313 NW2d 307 (1981).
