OPINION

MURRAY, Justice.

The plaintiffs, Marion and Philip Vigue, appeal from a dismissal order entered against them in the Superior Court and in favor of the defendants, John E. Fogarty Memorial Hospital (hereinafter the “hospital”) and an unknown nurse.

On July 28, 1980, plaintiffs filed a complaint alleging that on or about July 29, 1977, the hospital and an unknown nurse employed by the hospital breached their duty of care to Marion Vigue (hereinafter *2Mrs. Vigue).
