The matters before the Court are Metabolite’s Motion For Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 62), Plaintiff Lab-Corp’s Motion For Summary Judgment Pursuant To Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(c) (Doc. No. 73), and Metabolite’s Motion For Summary Judgment On Post-Mandate Royalties (Doc. No. 121).
