This matter is before the Court upon Plaintiff Continental Casualty Company’s (“Continental”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 33), Defendant Amerisure Insurance Company’s (“Amerisure”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 31), as well as Continental’s Motion to Strike (Doc. No. 43) and Motion in Limine (Doc. No. 34).
