The circuit court of Will county affirmed an award of the Industrial Commission in favor of defendant in error, Henry J. Lueclce, for injuries received by him while in the employment of the plaintiff in error.

Defendant in error was injured on the 8th day of February, 1915, while engaged in hauling manure and refuse from the barn of the plaintiff in error to certain farm land owned and operated by plaintiff in error.
