In a suit brought by the Van Kannel
Revolving Door Company, a corporation, hereafter the complainant, against Oscar W. Uhrich and Burns H. Uhrich, doing business as the Atchison Revolving Door Company, defendants, the court below on May 22, 1917, decreed that the complainant was the owner of letters patent No. 656,062, for improvements in revolving doors; that the defendants had infringed claims 1, 2, and 8 of that patent; that they were enjoined from continuing that infringement, that Hon.
