I. INTRODUCTION

These related cases are each before the court on similar motions to intervene by *31Barry Breech on behalf of a class that would include “all persons and other legal entities who paid over money to U.S. Investment Co., Ltd. (“USIC”) for the purposes of engaging in the purchase and sale of Commodity Futures Contracts.” Motion of the Intervenor for Certification of a Class at 1.
