Before the court is Plumbers’ Union Lo*146cal No. 12 Pension Fund’s1 (Plumbers’ Fund) motion to proceed with litigation begun more than four years ago against defendants, who were the issuers and underwriters of mortgage-backed securities purchased by plaintiffs.
