TRAGER, District Judge.

This suit challenges the validity of agreements between the brand-name manufacturer of the widely used antibiotic ci-profloxacin hydrochloride (“Cipro”) and potential generic manufacturers of Cipro. Direct Purchaser and Indirect Purchaser Class Plaintiffs and Individual Non-Class Plaintiffs (collectively, “plaintiffs”) have brought suit against Bayer AG, a German company, and its American subsidiary, Bayer Corporation (collectively, “Bayer”) and Barr Laboratories, Inc.
