MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before MERHIGE, District Judge, and BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court on August 23, 1993, on a motion by Daikon Shield Claimant, Carolyn C. O’Connor, to vacate an arbitration decision that denied her claim in its entirety. Claimant also asks the Court to order a rehearing before a different arbitrator.
