This case arises out of a prolonged dispute among three women who, using various nicknames (“nicks”), frequented lesbian “chat rooms” 1 on the Internet. Defendants are residents of Colorado. Plaintiff is a resident of Connecticut. It is not clear from the papers whether plaintiff and defendants have ever met in person.
