I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff brings this civil rights action pro se against two police officers employed by the City of Stamford, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Amendments IV, V, VIII, and XIV to the U.S. Constitution, and the laws of the State of Connecticut. This action arises out of plaintiffs arrest on March 4, 2000 in Stamford.
