Gary W. Ketter, M.D. and Gary W. Ket-ter, M.D., P.A. appeal the judgment in favor ESC Medical Systems, Inc. and Eclipse Medical, Inc. Ketter brings four issues asserting the trial court erred by (1) granting Eclipse’s traditional motion for summary judgment that merely adopted ESC’s motion; (2) granting ESC’s and Eclipse’s no-evidence motions because they lacked sufficient specificity; (3) considering an unsworn statement as an affidavit in support of ESC’s traditional motion for summary judgment; and (4) granting ESC’s and Eclipse’s traditional 1 motions…
