Grand Champion Film Production, L.L.C., Barry Tubb, Amanda Mieallef, Rope the Moon Productions, Inc. n/k/a RTM Productions, Inc., and Madrugada Productions, Inc. (the producers) appeal from a summary judgment in favor of Cinemark USA, Inc.
