Blackbird v. SDB INVESTMENTS

Frances Blackbird, mother of, and personal representative of the estate of, Claude R. Blackbird, brought this wrongful death action against the defendants, SDB Investments, Beals Realty, and the City of Omaha, alleging their negligence caused her son’s death. The district court for Douglas County sustained the defendants’ motions for summary judgment. Under the authority granted to us by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 24-1106 (Cum.
