Appellee, M. L. Bridgewater, instituted this suit against appellants, C. L. Trice and Wilson Trice, to recover compensatory damages for injuries to his person and car which resulted from a collision between his car and one belonging to appellant O. L. Trice. Appellant C. L. Trice owned a Pontiac car which he maintained in part at least for the pleasure, comfort, and convenience of the respective members of his family. Wilson Trice is his minor son. He was in his seventeenth year at the time of the accident involved in this case and his capacity and skill in operating the car are apparently…
